Positive experience: I went back to the store for the first time in two years and it was great. There wasn't many people there and the staff and customers were constantly cleaning. I stayed masked up and it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm not usually the type of person who goes to the gym. I've been a runner most of my life, but since I turned 65, I have to do more strength and bone-supporting exercises. Defined has every machine you can think of, and they offer classes that use weights. Some classes are adjusted for people who need to go a little slower. I also like that they have a pool and hot tub for low-impact exercise.

Positive experience: Good enough gym. Usually kept clean. Enough equipment for my needs. I hardly ever have to wait to use the equipment I need. I also love how I often have a pool lane to myself (but wish they would keep the water and room so warm). My only real gripe is that I often hate the music they blast and really wish they would turn it down, but that is a problem at most gyms. Why can’t everyone wear their own headphones? Then we could all listen to whatever we want in peace. I know I could get noise canceling headphones but they are still pricey. Saving up.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym - Don't pay attention to the 1 star reviews, probably people who don't follow rules (Mask) and are really picky in life. The staff is fantastic, I always see them talking with gym goers. All the negative reviews about poor customer service are honestly bullcrap! You wont regret going here. The dude that complained about being overcharged probably didn't realize there's an annual fee towards the end of the year, so yeah...one bill will be a little high but thats all explained to you when you sign up! he obviously didn't pay attention.

Fantastic experience: Julian was an amazing host! I stopped in to get a little bit of information about the gym and learn about what kind of services defined fitness provides, and Julian helped me out with a tour. He made me feel really comfortable in the environment even though I wasn't a member yet, gave just enough information in a way that was understandable and memorable, and I can tell that he loves being here and helping people in the gym (which is always welcoming). Not only that but this gym has an outstanding devotion to athletes of all ages, sizes, and interests and I'm shocked it took me so long to stop by. Thank you for all your help Julian, and keep up the fantastic work you're doing!

Fantastic experience: Great new gym! Every machine you can think of. A tin of classes to choose from. Personal trainers. Locker rooms are spectacular. Daycare can be a little difficult to get your children into, more times than not there is a wait, as they are at capacity. Maybe hire more staff? Could also be that they legally cant have more than x amount of children in the room at a time. Love the new hydro massage chairs.

Fantastic experience: Great class schedule options. Lots of stair climber machines!! The stairs are always full at all the other locations so it’s awesome that they invested in so many here! Great kids care included in your membership.

Fantastic experience: I love that this gym is finally closer to home! Lots of class options that cater to our SW community. I have no issue with the "no paper towels" thing - if I know I'll be sweaty, I bring a workout towel. New equipment and still adding more.

Fantastic experience: Love the Group Fitness Classes and Instructors. This is a newly built gym. Very nice. Smart bars are completely amazing and so easy to use.
