Fantastic experience: My friends and I came looking for a trainer who gives you their full attention, explains and demonstrates every exercise, watches carefully and corrects your form when necessary. Taylor is that trainer! He pays attention to your problem areas and knows your strength level well enough to suggest appropriate weights for each activity. He also varies the routines so you're not doing the same things each workout. The studio is big and clean, with a wide variety of equipment, a warmup room and a massage room. Classes are friendly and fun.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I started working with Fitness Vision several years ago and our gains in strength and functional movement were impressive! Taylor made us feel comfortable right away and his kind guidance helped us both grow. We have since trusted him to help our teen daughter continue her strength training journey as she trains for her sport.
Fantastic experience: Taylor’s classes are upbeat, varied, tough and lots of fun. I work hard and can feel myself getting stronger!
Fantastic experience: Taylor and his team are great partners in fitness and health. Since starting with them I have lost weight, gained strength, and done this while avoiding irritating and old injury I have. I am not sure what more you can ask for in trainers - they care, they are experts, they know how to personalize/customize the workouts, some might say they are trusted fitness advisors.
Fantastic experience: I am in my late 70's and have been working out at fitness Vision for many years. It is a clean, spacious room with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have been a big help for me to meet my goals of gaining strength and flexibilty so I can move well as I age. There is enough variety in the workouts to keep me interested and motivated. They are great at showing me what to do, how to do it, and making sure I am doing it right. They will adjust the workout for any special need I might have. I give them 5 stars for helping me to get fit and to stay fit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing regular weekly fitness with a trainer for almost 15 years. Taylor has been excellent since the time that I’ve been with him. He recognizes the importance of movement in we senior trainees and so stresses movement and stretching, but he also finds a way to challenge me to improve my strength and fitness. My past experiences with fitness training have at times been monotonous and repetitive, but Taylor makes sure to mix things up.
Fantastic experience: A great way to do strength training with excellent coaching for form, very small groups and tailored to your goals. A nice community of supportive fellow trainees. Taylor is a great coach, and tailors his approach to each individual, while being flexible with your schedule. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions of made in my life. I heard Taylor was in personal training through some friends and decided to do a consultation with him. Now I’m at his gym 3 times a week for an hour each session and he makes the time fly by. A nice blend between consulting, educating, and working. That’s what works best for me and he will be apart of my weekly routine for a long time. If you have had a hard time finding the right trainer that works for you I would suggest giving Taylor a try.
Fantastic experience: I've had bad experiences with personal trainers in the past, as well as with a poorly taught group fitness class that resulted in a long term injury, so I was somewhat nervous to sign up for personal training with Taylor; however, words cannot describe how happy I've been with my experience. I've seen a huge difference in my body since starting with him in May, and the best part is I actually enjoy doing it. The gym is clean and well-equipped, and Taylor is very good at knowing when you just need a push, and when you need to take a break. I hope to continue using his services for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with Taylor at Fitness Vision… He is knowledgeable and professional as well as personable and fun :) He has the knack of when to push people harder yet also realizing when to back off a bit and giving modifications. The small group setting is fantastic. Every workout is unique, super challenging and enjoyable. I would never push myself this hard training alone. I have already started to see my body change which is so motivating. Taylor has also been incredibly flexible and understanding since I suffer from chronic (every day) migraine. If you are thinking about working out with Taylor, just do it!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out with Taylor in the small group class format for over a year now. My beloved gym closed during COVID, and I took my time finding the right gym to replace it. In the meantime, I wasn't working out very much. After attending just one class, I knew it was time to get back to the gym, and the right gym was Fitness Vision! Taylor's classes are fun, dynamic, and challenging. Most importantly, they are safe. I've regained strength and mobility I worried I'd lost forever, due to taking years off of regular training. I've even made some PRs, which at age 46, I wasn't expecting! I let Taylor know I wanted to be able to do a pull-up again. He integrated appropriate progressions into our classes until I was safely able to do one (then two...!). If you're looking for a class that provides an excellent workout, using a variety of weights, equipment (kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, etc.), and movement, led by an enthusiastic (but not loud or over-the -top!), educated, and well-rounded instructor, give Fitness Vision a try.
Fantastic experience: Taylor is very knowledgeable about what works for a woman in her 60’s. He ensures correct posture and performance to prevent injuries and pushes me to use heavy weights to keep my bones strong. Highly recommend him for your physical training needs.
Fantastic experience: I was in an accident that left me disabled, I have been working out with Taylor for 6 months and everyday I do he fits the workout to my needs and abilities. He blends the perfect amount of exercises and reps while continously pushing me to keep proper form. I have noticed a world of difference in my abilities and strength!

Fantastic experience: I am 70 something and I came to Fitness Vision when I was losing my balance on stairs. I’ve been with Taylor a few years now and I am a confident stair walker with lots of core strength. I have a number of health issues that Taylor works with me and tailors the exercises based on my health limitations. I’ve come so far and have enough strength to do most anything I could do when I was 30!!!

Taylor will tailor engaging and effective workouts around one’s limitations and will provide helpful feedback on strategies to help one feel their best. It’s an atmosphere of no judgement, and no exercise needs anything except the willingness to be engaged. I will never look back, and I will constantly move forward, with PURPOSE!
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Taylor one-on-one for over four years. I came to him to work on increasing my stamina and improving my agility. It’s been a gradual process and I am pleased with my progress. Taylor is easygoing. He inquiries about you at each meeting and offers a variety of exercised do. I am never bored and don't know what to expect at each workout. He also listens to your feedback on the things he recommends that “we” do! I do the exercising and he provides the encouragement.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Taylor @ Fitness Vision since 2019 which should be a testament to his abilities. The classes continue to be challenging and engaging. If you have a injury he takes that into account when deciding which exercises works best. He individualizes each client's plan so they can meet their goals. One of the most important parts of training with Taylor there is no judgment all he asks is you put forth the effort.
Fantastic experience: I started with Taylor at age 50. I had never worked with a personal trainer prior to this. The results have been amazing. friends and family have noticed a difference. The workouts are tailored to my abilities. I look forward to my two 30-minute sessions per week. I have continually gained strength and endurance. I'm doing things I couldn't do in my 30's. Taylor is extremely flexible and accommodating with my busy schedule.
