Chris is a Personal Trainer and fitness instructor who has always been active, playing soccer as a youth, mountain biking, and hiking. He has been interested in fitness since 2010, when he started working out regularly. Recently he has started to train for powerlifting meets, and has taken what he learned in programming for strength and his barbell rehab certification to create a training philosophy for any level of experience.
