Fantastic experience: This is an exceptional gym. Low key, and easy going. The owner and all the employees are incredibly generous with their time and I look forward to coming everyday. If you're looking for a place that feels like it was created by human beings, then this is it. If there's a problem, you can call and have it resolved, and not have to worry about getting pushed around by some corporate beaurocracy.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership years 4+ years ago. Just got charged for a membership. I live no where near the area

Fantastic experience: Out here for business. Went to a LA Fitness at first but had to sit through a numbing sales pitch. Found this place and loved the casual vibe. Some of the equipment embraces wabi-sabi but it all works. Two thumbs up for me.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to come in for two and a half weeks while I am visiting family from out of town. They offered me a more than reasonable price and were very quick about signing forms so I can get my workout in. The staff is friendly whenever I come in and they actually have decent music playing. Some of the equipment is a bit old but definitley useable. Would recommend to a friend!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to work out. All the equipment you need is here without the crowds that are common with other gyms. The owner and staff are always friendly. Trainers are on hand daily and there are aerobic spinning & other fitness classes available. The price is right too!

They even have a bunch of different fitness classes and it’s a comfortable welcoming environment for those who are just getting into fitness or those who are looking for a place with great equipment. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Best gym in west LA county. If you're looking for saunas, tanning beds and a lap pool, this isn't your place. If you're looking for an uncrowded, friendly place to work out, with great trainers - look no further.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money, no frills gym. Yes this gym is a bit basic, but it has everything for a thorough workout and at the price, I had nothing to complain about. I generally judge businesses on how they deal with things when something goes wrong. I ended up cancelling my membership because I set up a gym at home. The girl who took my cancellation didn't process it so I ended up getting charged an extra month. I went in today, Manny at the front desk remembered who I was and the owner apologized profusely and refunded one of my previous charges as well. All in all, excellent customer service when a mistake happened (as they are bound to). Highly recommended if you are looking to get into shape rather than being seen.

Negative experience: Poor first time experience. While I did not have an appointment, the trainer on duty was indifferent to my asking about the gyms services. I was referred to the pricing sheet with an explanation that it’s all there. Not for me. Ready to move on.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Not too crowded, excellent free trial program, and the owner is a down to earth nice guy. I specifically like the thought of supporting a business that is not a large corporation or franchise. Great machines and plenty of diverse work out options. Everyone there is very friendly as well. My one complaint, although I won't even dock a star for it, is that closing at 1pm on Sundays is a bit early for a day which is perfect for working out, especially for someone like me with a 9-5. If you can tweak this up to maybe 5pm, this spot would be perfect.
