Fantastic experience: I just wanna say that Teresa Morgan is a fantastic trainer. She’s more than a trainer. She’s a friend and she’s so patient and kind and wow what a trainer she is. I would advise everybody to come over here and join silver sneakers because it’s worth it.

Also, the people who come to workout are very nice. I always say it's the gym version of "Cheers", the sitcom! They are my "gym" family!!

Negative experience: DON’T COME HERE! My mom got diagnosed with cancer so we came in a couple of months ago to cancel due to her having treatment. We were told it was cancelled now we are looking at her bank statements and they are still taking money. We called the gym back and they said they needed a doctors note in order for her to cancel that is crazy I will be cancelling my memebership in January because of this incident as well as because I did not like the gym either $30 a month for a small gym with Medicare equipment will be returning back to crunch!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym! The owner, staff and trainers are always encouraging and support the local community. Gym is clean and the owners are always updating equipment and making improvements.

Fantastic experience: TRAVIS IS A GREAT TRAINER. I wanted to learn how to power lift. Travis showed me how to do all that. It was a collaborative process. Travis is the resident trainer here. Highly recommend A+

Fantastic experience: Sian, Travis, Renae, and all the staff and trainers are great! The gym has pretty much anything you would need. Clean environment, always cool (68 degrees!), clean bathrooms, and well kept equipment.

Negative experience: Upon entering, the gym resembled more of a "bring your own bench" day, every day. The space was cramped, with only one bench rack, a couple of weight benches, and a couple squat racks. This limited equipment might have sufficed if it weren't for the constant overcrowding. It's frustrating to spend an hour at the gym and not be able to access essential equipment due to the long queues. To add insult to injury, the state of the facilities was appalling. We encountered roaches scurrying around, and numerous machines were out of order. Specifically, on the cardio side, the treadmills were in dire need of maintenance. The buttons were torn off, and the treadmills would stop running abruptly, posing a safety hazard. Overall, my experience at this gym has been nothing short of disappointing. I urge potential members to think twice before committing to a membership here. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a gym that values its members and maintains its facilities properly. By the way feel free to try out other options for example my membership here was 35 a month and crunch is 15 a month for month to month no commitment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Anytime Fitness for years now, and I don’t believe I’ll ever leave. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and available (especially the owner Sian), and it’s open 24 hours, which is great. It’s never too crowded, and even if it is, my fellow gym goers are always courteous and open to sharing equipment.

Fantastic experience: I just signed up in person at the cedarcrest location and it was a great experience. Johnny was the rep to help me and he was awesome. He wasn’t pressing at all like some other gym sales reps but rather let me sort of guide the conversation. I know I just signed up, but so far so good!!

Positive experience: This park is always my go too when I walk my dogs , there's a really long trail around the whole ball fields and only 2 miles long it's perfect.

Negative experience: Anytime Fitness is a scam, do not sign up for personal training as they will not help you or get you what you paid for. The gym is nice though, easy scan access.

Fantastic experience: In town for a week and found this gym. Great little gym with affordable day and week passes. Small but has everything I need and never crowded.

Negative experience: The gym is located down the street past Seven Hills. The weights for the cable machine feel light. The women's scale weighs you 2 lbs lighter than the one in the lobby. Dont be fooled by their tactics of making you feel like your losing weight or gaining strength. I was down visiting my mother and this gym is in poor condition compared to the ones that are located by where I live in Alpharetta. (For owner) thats bc you're the only one in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness, Cedarcrest location, is everything I want and need in a gym. Location and flexible hours are great options but knowing the gym is safe, clean, sanitized, bright, comfortable temperature, with working, useful equipment makes it an excellent facility. This facility promotes wellness with its promotions and specialized training hours for customers of all ages. I could go on with details about how they cater to every need but it’s better experienced by stopping by and seeing for yourself. They evolve and ensure they are current with the times whether it’s doing extra during a pandemic, acquiring the latest equipment for customers or offering personal training and boot camp. That’s my gym!!

Fantastic experience: This is a good gym, but the people that work here keep me coming back. Holly is phenomenal. She speaks to everyone that walks in and is personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve strongly considered going to The Local Gym down the road as there’s more room and equipment, but I have renewed my Anytime Fitness membership because of the atmosphere Holly provides.

Fantastic experience: A medium sized Fitness Center that is clean and well equipped, always open and I have yet to see it crowded.

Negative experience: Don't bother showing interest, attempting to call or ask questions because I've tried for 4 days and I have emailed and called about 20 times and I haven't gotten any response when I only have a simple question. Best part is I hear them pick up then immediately hang up again. No skills when it comes to customer service and since they obviously don't care to train or hire people that know how to answer a phone don't expect an answer to any questions you have. Was excited to find a true 24 hour gym near me even if it had limited equipment but I guess I was excited for nothing. Having a toddler I can't just load up and drive over and ask what I need to so I guess I'll just have to look elsewhere. If I could give you zero stars I would, answering a phone and people's questions isn't that hard but maybe you all have spent to much time working your body and not your mind so you're now incapable of doing something so simple.

Negative experience: I was really surprise at how expensive this gym was; it's very small not a lot of equipment. The cost may be so expensive because there's not a lot of gyms on the Dallas side of Paulding County. When I was told the cost I was already leaving in my mind. I'll just stay on my own with my adjustable bench and dumbbells, ride bike and run on silver comet trail, it's free.

Positive experience: Expensive for what you get. Very convenient for Bentwater and Seven Hills residents. It is very tight causing safety hazards in many areas. The elliptical, treadmills and stationary bikes are not maintained or cleaned well. When the tv's break on the equipment they just remove instead of fixing them. Some of the trainers are really good and motivational.

Negative experience: Easily the worst gym I have been to in years.. At $30 a month you get very little. It is tiny and doesn't have very good equipment. I have paid half of that for other 24 hour gyms with much better equipment that are larger overall. It is somewhat clean at least, likely due to the lack of members (smart people who kept looking). I'm not a fan of Planet Fitness nearby but they at least don't try and rob you.
