CrossFit^® Allatoona

Positive experience: The staff is great and the members are welcoming. You will be pushed to be your best and encouraged to continue to improve. CrossFit is not as scary when you are part of a community and you can find that at CrossFit Allatoona!

Fantastic experience: I'm new to CrossFit but not the gym scene so when a friend recommended CrossFit to me I was somewhat leery because my impression was that it was a "lot of jumping around." I read up on CrossFit Allatoona and was excited to read the philosophy and expertise of the owner Levi. He met with me on a busy Saturday morning and made time to listen to my concerns and talk to me about CrossFit but I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. I struggled through my first assessment but was welcomed and encouraged by complete strangers (who promptly introduced themselves) coming in for classes. After going for a month now, I know that I have found a place that is perfect for me. I feel like it is recess because we are always learning and doing something new. I love the online tools and the spirit of cooperation and friendly competition. I never feel like there isn't something I can't do but I know that even with modification, I can get the form down and I'll improve over time. It is also a great value for the amount of classes available and the times offered. I would strongly encourage folks to check out CrossFit Allatoona and then get in there and get to work!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the CrossFit system. You will feel at home with the staff as they help you get fit and get in shape. Easy to get to from local neighborhoods in Allatoona. Come down and meet the staff. Its nice to know that Levi has the wealth of knowledge in lifting and fitness. Very clean place

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed working with Levi and Lawson from CrossFit Allatoona. They offer a lot of different training options, and are very committed to crossfit and their members. I would highly recommend trying out their facility!
