I have been a massage therapist for 17 and I could not figure out how to heal my shoulder injury. I’ve been working with Kim for about 8 weeks one day a week and it’s a strong as it was before the injury. Thankyou

They have many options for weightlifting, group fitness classes, an awesome swimming pool, and tennis courts while maintaining a close knit community feel among their members. I love working out there.
