I have never worked with a professional trainer and can absolutely say it is THE game changer I've been needing in my quest for optimal health!! There is a saying "most people over-estimate what they can do in a month and under-estimate what they can do in a year." I look forward to the long haul and daily discipline of eating right and exercise with Life Transformations---the difference maker. Molly is the PERFECT coach to help achieve my goals and get results one squat at a time!!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Life Transformations. I had been a member at 24-Hr Fitness for about 8-years when I met Robert. He had just opened the gym and asked me to come by for a tour so I did. After I checked it out, I thought about it overnight and then signed up the next day and haven't looked back since. The facility is top notch, the equipment is brand new and the staff is friendly, highly knowledgeable and extremely accomodating. I love the atmosphere there and for the first time I truly look forward to going to the gym. I've lost 16-pounds since I started training there and look better than I have in my entire life (I played all the high school sports and am a martial arts instructor for a living, so that's saying something). I have done so many times and will continue to strongly recommend Life Transformations to anyone looking for a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: LTF is clean and refreshing. It is big enough to have every machine you need yet small enough to feel like a community (not so small that you're bumping elbows with everyone). The owners have so much knowledge on every aspect of health and fitness and are approachable all throughout the day. I've been to each of the local gyms and have landed here for a reason.
