Experiencia fantástica: Best CrossFit gym in eastern Jackson county! I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. Due to great coaching and programming, they helped me fix so many of my bad habits learned from other places as well as helped me achieve multiple goals I’ve been working on for years. They care so much about their members and it shows. Follow all the protocols for Covid to help keep everyone safe. Cannot say enough great things about this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in this box while I was visiting from out of town in January. It's a huge set-up, lots of people, and the coaches were great! It's a very welcoming atmosphere. The coaches had an impressive warm up before starting the class - they really get you ready for the workout. I have been to dozens of CF gyms in multiple states and other countries and I would highly recommend this place to any new or experienced crossfitter !
