Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym!!!! All of the coaches will go out of their way to give helpful and detailed training. I really feel you get the quality of a private trainer but at the price of a normal gym. The coaches know what they are doing, and after just a few weeks my whole body feels better and more athletic. I’ve been to several CrossFit gyms, and many gyms in general, I’d say this location has perhaps the most professional coaches along with perhaps the best prices. More so, I would personally recommend CrossFit over other forms of exercise due to the motivation that comes from working out in a team environment. For me personally, working out in a group setting pushes and motivates - which helps me to do more and to get in better shape faster

If you are looking for a gym to really help you meet your fitness goals, actively be a part of your training and be invested in your progress this is the place. These guys truly got me results. Also, they are super friendly, the staff and the community of people who workout here. I always know I’m going to have a good time here.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to FNX and the trainers I'm in better shape in my 40's than 20's. Crossfit has not just helped me get in shape it's made me a better person, husband and father. FNX and the trainers are like family, pushing everyone to be a better version of themselves. If you haven't given it a shot, now's the time!
