Experiencia fantástica: Cardio kickboxing is a lot of fun and I usually burn between 500-600 calories in the 45 minute class. The class offers a variety of kicking and punching exercises along with some strength training and core work. This is not a boring cardio class, every class is different and challenging!

I enjoyed the music and lights and the 45 minutes are very well managed between warming up, workout and water breaks.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE KICKBOXING! Being pretty overweight I am always nervous to start a new gym... it can be pretty intimidating and I often feel like I am being judged by others. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE! I feel like everyone from the instructors to the other students in the class just want me to succeed. The classes are fun and at 45 minutes, I find them easy to fit in the day. This place is awesome and I highly recommend trying it out, you won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I just started at Rockstar Fitness Kickboxing and LOVE IT! The workouts are well paced, individualized, great for the beginner as well as the more experienced. The 45 minute workouts are complete with needed equipment, great music, lighting and plenty of different routines to keep you engaged. I look forward to going back and being a Rockstar!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most fun I’ve had working out in a long time. The time flies because it’s fun and I’m loving my results. I feel stronger and faster and much more agile since I’ve started at Rockstar Kickboxing. This workout is for people of all fitness levels and you keep your own pace. The members are polite and understanding and encouraging toward one another too. The owner Lyndsey is a wonderful person from what I’ve experienced and she really encourages everyone to come and at least try the class twice for free! You can’t lose with a deal like that. I’d recommend anyone and everyone, all ages and fitness levels, to come and try this class for yourselves!
