Experiencia fantástica: Me and my family love Refine Active Health. We've been here for a few several years now and the community becomes family. The coaches are fantastic and constantly help you improve and modify movements. There are lots of classes to choose from and childcare provided pretty consistently. This place has become a second home to us and the members a second family.

Experiencia fantástica: Refine is more than a gym or CrossFit box, it’s a community of fun and incredible people pushing themselves and each other to a higher quality of life. The coaching staff has helped so many people transform their health and fitness with the many services they offer. The programming is challenging and unique every day. The facility has a lot to offer in house with CrossFit, personal training, massage therapy, and more. We’re thankful our whole family has of this community since they opened!

Experiencia fantástica: I had no idea what CrossFit really was until I joined Refine 7 months ago. I was terrified the first day I walked into the building and I didn’t know what to expect. Now, I can’t stay away. Refine has completely changed the way I look at working out. I’ve gained mobility, strength, and a community of the best coaches and friends. You’ll never become bored or complacent, there’s alway a goal to target and a new WOD full of movements that will challenge you and make you so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: I am the kind of person that came in not knowing a thing about lifting, form, technique, or anything fitness related. I had tried exercise programs before, but it all was so overwhelming and I ended up giving up or getting hurt. The environment here is truly a great place for teaching, no matter what your skill level is. The coaches are eager to help, encouraging, and approachable. Even the members there are awesome. It’s truly a non-judgmental and an environment that promotes positive thinking and growth. They offer a foundations class that teaches the basic form and is great for beginners. I HIGHLY recommend it. Never thought I’d be the kind of person that would look forward to working out. But here I am. If you’re serious about doing something, I recommend you start here. Just go for it.

They worked with me right where I was and still do today! THEY ARE THE BEST!! Refine is the place to go no matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete!
