MouseTrap Fitness - Home of CrossFit^® MouseTrap

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in when I was in Orlando for a conference. Ricardo and the team were super welcoming and friendly. Ricardo gave me some great tips on getting rope climbs Loved the outdoor rig (I’m from the Midwest and it was February ☀️). Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a week over the holidays while visiting my in-laws. My FIL is a member and invited me. I've never done any CrossFit, although I exercise frequently. Going in completely blind I can say it was a super positive experience. Everyone who worked there made sure to walk me thru anything I didn't understand. All the participants went out of their way to introduce themselves. Classes are structured to be forgiving enough for beginners and yet still challenging for veterans. Had a great time and will definitely be back when I visit next time!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in at MouseTrap. Clean, friendly, got a good workout before hitting the parks. Lifes Good

Experiencia fantástica: As affiliate owners, my husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience dropping in at Mousetrap. We were greeted immediately by Coach Katie who made us feel at home right away. She asked us about our experience, if we had any injuries, showed us where we could put our things, bathrooms, etc. We were then lead through a general warm up and briefed on the WOD. As we went through movement progressions, she helped give athletes appropriate scaling suggestions. The partner workout was well written and a lot of fun (might be stealing it for my own gym programming ). After the workout we chatted with the other athletes in class who gave us some great Disney recommendations. I would feel very comfortable sending any of my athletes here if they are in the Orlando area. 10/10 experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The gym that's like my home gym. We drop in anytime we are in the area on vacation. Love it here. Amazing gym and people.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks Doug and everyone from Mousetrap, as a tourist visiting the area I couldn't recommend it enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in while visiting and had a great time! Super friendly and welcoming crew, and an awesome workout.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a place that feels like home, this is your place while putting in a good sweat. My Mum and I were looking for a close drop-in to do a few classes. Super easy to book and find. Katie, owner and Doug, head coach will make you feel so welcome. The community for our stay was a beautiful highlight of what crossfit represents inclusivity, fun and professional and as "Mc Donald's" says, come as you are. You won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: I did a drop-in here on a Thursday morning. The coach and athletes were very welcoming. The coach even took a moment to let the class know it was my birthday, too. A nice little touch that he didn’t need to do, but did it anyway. Very kind. The instruction was good, the programming was challenging without being impossible. If you’re planning to drop in, make sure you work on your hook grip, just in case they have a barbell workout programmed. They are strict about that at Mousetrap, with a burpee penalty anytime they see someone not hook gripping. My class did not catch a penalty, and I'm glad for that.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never dropped in at a gym while on vacation before, but I’m so glad I did at Mouse Trap Fitness! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and encouraging. The coaches were super knowledgeable, gave great cues, and really pushed me to do my best. The energy and community here are amazing. I’m already looking forward to dropping in again the next time I’m in Orlando!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for open gym while visiting, and this is such a gem! Katie was super accommodating, sweet, and made me feel at home. The class looked perfect for a great quick workout as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I use this gym for drop ins every time I’m in Orlando. Everyone is very friendly and they are very accommodating. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility, friendly, competent, attentive coaching.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for 4 days (Sun-Wed). Classes were lively, people were friendly, got time to chill after and do some accessory work. Def worth the drop-in if you're in the area!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropping in at this gym while you are in the area is a must! I dropped in for a week while on vacation with my family. They treated myself, my husband, and 2 teen daughters like we were a part of their community, even giving some great advice on beaches to visit in the area. Top notch coaches that give great cues, coach to the CF standards, and run a great class. ( Shout out to Doug! ) They have an awesome community of regular athletes that keep classes fun. Can't say enough great things about them. I hope to get back to the area and drop in again!

Experiencia fantástica: Coach was engaging and supportive, Community was phenomenal. Check this place out if you’re in town

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic community with great programming and attentive coaches. I dropped in for a week while at Disney and attended the 6am classes, and it was a blast. Good vibes all around. If I lived in the area this would easily be a community I’d be excited to be a part of. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow , What A Great WorkOut The Music Was Jamming The Class Was Grinding & Yelling My Kind Of Gym .

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, first time here, we had 3 coaches for a weightlifting class

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in during a trip to Orlando and got in a great workout. Thanks, MouseTrap!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in from Vancouver for a week, so I'm not local and not a regular athlete at this box. I absolutely love the vibe they have going on. Stacey, Katie, Doug, Ricardo... all excellent coaches. Everyone made me and my SIL feel welcomed and part of the Mousetrap family right away. The programming is lit, probably the best I have had outside my regular box. I can not recommend it enough, all around a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member for several months and I can’t say enough good things about it! The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, which makes working out here a pleasure. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. They take the time to get to know you and really make you feel welcome. The variety of classes and programming is fantastic. Since joining, I’ve seen significant improvements in my fitness and overall well-being. The positive atmosphere and community vibe really motivate me to push myself. I highly recommend Mousetrap Fitness to anyone looking to get fit and have fun while doing it!

Experiencia positiva: Nice nice people they doesn’t have erg bike And it’s quick difficult to do open gym while there is a class going on

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing crossfit box! Everyone was so friendly and encouraging. Definitely helped me have an awesome family vacation. Best drop in gym! Super easy to sign up and join.

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente. Área interna muito boa ,espaçoso, área externa melhor ainda, muitos lugares para parar carro. Facil acesso. Coachs, proprietarios e alunos são muito atenciosos , alegres , amigaveis, receptivos . Bons treinos , bastante material . Valor bom . Moro perto de outra Box , mas amei esta . Coach Stacy e Keity são maravilhosas.

Experiencia fantástica: The Perfect Drop-In Experience at CrossFit Mousetrap! While vacationing in Orlando, we decided to drop into CrossFit Mousetrap to keep up with our training regimen, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Right from the start, we were greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm that we instantly felt at home despite being hundreds of miles away from our usual box. The convenience of scheduling and joining a session here was simply outstanding. With our vacation packed with activities, CrossFit Mousetrap’s flexibility allowed us to seamlessly integrate our workouts without missing a beat on our fitness goals. The facility itself is a dream for any CrossFitter - clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our workouts. It’s evident that great care is taken to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the space, making every workout enjoyable and safe. What truly made our visit memorable was the coaching by Head Coach Doug Bush. Even as drop-ins, we received personalized attention and expert guidance. Under Doug’s watchful eye, we even perfected our first handstand pushups and worked on our crossovers – a testament to the quality of coaching available at CrossFit Mousetrap. The encouraging atmosphere and camaraderie among the coaches and fellow CrossFitters were the cherries on top of an already fantastic experience. It was heartening to see such a friendly and supportive community, making us feel welcomed from the get-go. For anyone visiting Orlando and looking to keep up with their CrossFit routine, CrossFit Mousetrap is the place to go. We areincredibly grateful for the easy and convenient experience that allowed us to maintain our training while enjoying our vacation to the fullest. A huge thank you to the CrossFit Mousetrap team for making our stay in Orlando that much more special! Dustin and Mariya Oldfather

Experiencia fantástica: People had recommended this box to me and I can see why! Great atmosphere, coaches and vibe to the place! I got a PR here!

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting from out of town, and did a drop in. What a great gym!! Super friendly people, experienced coaches, and a great workout! Thanks for being so welcoming!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the Disney place to go WOD!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in on vacation for open gym. I do programming at my home gym so I didn’t get the opportunity to do the group classes but the Metcons looked pretty good. The facility is your pretty standard box with everything you need to get a great workout in. Coach and members were super friendly. Would definitely drop in again on my next trip!

Experiencia fantástica: Una pregunta se puede pagar por cashas

Experiencia fantástica: Best place ever nicest people on earth if I could live here I would

Experiencia fantástica: Good workouts & coaching in a welcoming gym close to Disney & outlets.

Experiencia fantástica: Great drop in!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped into Mousetrap on our family vacation. I was immediately greeted by Katie (Owner) as I walked up and she was super welcoming. The space is big with plenty of equipment . The members were friendly and the gym has a real positive vibe. Definitely will drop in again when I'm in the area. Thanks for being good to me Mousetrap Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: MouseTrap Fitness is a great location for anyone traveling to Orlando who needs a barbell, dumbbell, and plates. I've traveled across the country and always struggle to find a gym or even a box that was easy to drop-in on. MouseTrap was by far my easiest experience working out away from home. I actually chose this one over another option because this box was much easier to access and drop-in. I'm not a Crossfitter, but I needed a place that was no frills, no machines, and no long-term commitments…I just needed space to do barbell lifts for a few days. MouseTrap Fitness delivered. All of the coaches are great (I interacted with Doug and Stacy…top notch people!!), the regulars are very friendly and welcoming, and it made for a great overall experience. I did not feel like a tourist or like I was in anyone's way, and that was a great feeling. Keep doing what you're doing MouseTrap. Don't ever change!

Experiencia fantástica: Great instruction and patience for a beginner like me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had fun getting in a weightlifting workout at this gym while on vacation. There was a packed class happening during open gym in the first Saturday time slot so I sort of wish I had signed up for the second slot. I ended up doing my workout outside on the turf which is half shaded by a large tree in the morning. It was hot and as all buildings do, the turf slanted away from the building. The rig had some big bumps on the turf to navigate in choosing where to lift, but it was possible to work around the few challenges to get in my lifting. The coaches were helpful and I had all the equipment I needed to get my weightlifting workout done. Overall great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Mousetrap Fitness is much more than meets the eye. Besides being a top-notch gym with excellent coaching staff, you are surrounded by a supportive community that shares the common desire for growth Upon first joining two years, I initally sought out a local gym to help me train and prepare for the wrestling season. I stumbled across many other facilities online, some of which much closer in proximity to where I live. However, something stuck out about this gym, at least, comparatively to the average crossfit box. I dropped in for my first class, and without further hesitation, I signed up. To make a short story long, I have been an active member of this gym for almost 2 years now and can truly attest to all that it has done, through immense improvements in my strength and overall fitness. I cannot thank the coaching staff nor the owners enough for all that they have done to help me achieve my goals, some of which seeming impossible initally. The gym itself has brand-new equipment along with all the additional gear you might need. The coaching staff is very supportive and will personally guide you through each movement to ensure proper technique along with setting a solid foundation in your crossfit journey. Case in point, I was barely able to do 10 pull-ups, and now I can comfortably do muscle ups on a pair of gymnastic rings thanks to the patience and instruction of the coaches. Now that I am setting out on my own journey to college, I look fondly back on all the progress and fellowship I was privileged to partake in at this gym. I highly reccomend you attend Mousetrap Fitness, at least for a drop-in, so you can be welcomed into the family just like I was. Words cannot express how amazing this facility is, along with the coaching staff. If you are looking for a welcoming community of hard workers and high-quality WODs, this is the gym for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in to two 8:30am classes and had an awesome workout! Coaches very attentive and supportive. Great community!

Experiencia fantástica: Great drop in experience! Coach Doug had a lot of tips and made sure everybody had a solid plan for the workout. Thanks Doug!

Experiencia fantástica: Great space. Coaches and programming were great. Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Gym appeared clean -Coaches were friendly -Smaller floor space I would say you guys are doing a good job for your market. Your investment seems minimal but I imagine it is enough to please tourists like myself. If I was a local and this was my box I would expect more equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Great box for a drop in. The coach was one of the funner coaches and class had good energy.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the most welcoming gyms I’ve visited. Thanks to MouseTrap for making me feel welcome and for excellent programming during some drop in sessions

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches are great. The workouts challenging and fun. Very welcoming.

Experiencia positiva: I had a great week of drop ins at MouseTrap. The coaches were extremely friendly the programming was great and the overall vibe was just what I needed.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at MouseTrap was nothing short of excellent on every level. I connected with them on Instagram prior to dropping in as I was planning to be in town for a trade show with a total of 4 coworkers who had never done CrossFit before. Their communication prior to my arrival was perfect. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Coaches Doug and Brit, who walked us through registration and the WOD. This place has a LOT of drop-ins. They made sure everyone felt like part of the family, introducing everyone at the start of the WOD, where they were from, and made it a point to address everyone by name while offering coaching tips, encouragement, etc. After 4 years of doing CrossFit, I never had the courage to do a drop-in. These guys not only made it super easy, but have set the bar way high for other boxes. Doug and Brit, thanks for making my visits feel like we’ve been friends forever. I am grateful for you both! Please know that you have a friend in Atlanta should you ever come up that way! Next time I’m in Orlando, I’ll be sure to drop in again! You guys ROCK!!! Thanks!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've dropped in here over the years and this place continues to impress me. Friendly interface for drop-ins with open gym hours and plenty of parking. Doug and Britney are awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Warm, welcoming and encouraging! Great box for a drop in while visiting Disney! I’ll definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for 23.1 and it was such a positive environment. This gym Gets It, they were doing "Pajama Day" in honor of the Open and everyone was having a good time. The coaches were all very welcoming and learned my name. If I come back to Orlando then I will definitely come here again.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, great space, fantastic workout. What else can I say, I will be back 10/10 old school CrossFit vibe.

Experiencia fantástica: My co-woker ally is awesome thanks for inviting me to come to one of classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe and team have created an excellent CrossFit Box. I have been a member for the last 6 months. The facility is not fancy, which I like, and the coaches are great. They offer a good schedule - sometimes I'm in at 630AM and other days I'm there at the 730PM class. Thanks MouseTrap for helping me get into the best shape of my life!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Orlando for work. CF Mousetrap was close by and easy to find. The facilities and staff were great. Walking into a new place can always seem a bit intimidating, but the CF Mousetrap staff was great, offering advice and encouragement. I'll certainly arrange my work schedule to be able to drop in again when I find myself in Orlando.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited CrossFit MouseTrap while on vaca to Disney World. Awesome experience! Great trainers... helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I felt right at home - - and challenged to improve even amidst 5 days in the enchanted kingdom. Thanks, guys! - Tori

Experiencia fantástica: I was on vacation with my family during the CF Open and needed a box to finish 13.5. CrossFit Mouse Trap was very accomodating, even letting me drop in outside of their normal business/class hours. I was the only person there, besides the coach. I was able to warm up without any pressure to hurry. The coach encouraged me during the wod and validated my score immediately afterwards. It was a great facility with a friendly and can-do attitude. My regular box is much larger, so this one felt small to me, but it's actually about average for most CF gyms. I am just used to a larger box. I would go there again if I find myself in the area and recommend this box to other CF's looking for a good place to wod.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe was great! He's the ultimate professional. Very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the exercises and was there to correct form when needed. He was especially warm and welcoming when we walked in late. He added the extra touch that is so often missed. Great job keep up the good work. I would work out here again.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Sunday morning class. I was made to feel very welcome whilst I was visiting Orlando from across the pond.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience was awesome all coaches were great.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a quick workout this morning. The box was easy to find, fully equipped, and fairly spacious. The WOD was pretty standard although we did the METCON before the strength portion, which was interesting and refreshing. Coach was good and attentive too. All in all, may drop in again later this week.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great time dropping in on class this morning. Everyone was welcoming and very supportive through a fun workout. I will be back!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in from Louisiana. Great place and really convenient to seratoga springs. Will definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with better equipment and even better coaches. If you are looking for a great group to get into Crossfit I would highly recommend MouseTrap Fitness. Have dropped in or tried a few different boxes in the area and none have been as welcoming or competent as this one.

Experiencia fantástica: Got a great workout in! Excellent place to drop in and throw down some weights !

Experiencia fantástica: Great little spot! For a little vacation drop it, they really made it easy. They were super responsive communicating ahead of time. Their website was perfectly set up to sign up and get a spot a head of time. At the gym they were super friendly and welcoming. The gym has a lot of great space, tons of pull up bars and floor space, some great outside space. Murph was fantastic!

Experiencia negativa: Visiting for 2 weeks from North Orlando and this was the nearest box to my hotel. I Left them a voicemail on the Friday morning and replied THREE TIMES to the automated Text message…. Never got any response from Mouse Trap Fitness so at 3pm I contacted another box which is an extra 15 minutes drive from my hotel but I won’t spend my money where it’s not wanted. The other box has been great so every cloud.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience as a drop-in, and I'd definitely come back if ever in the area again. Thanks, CFMT!

Experiencia fantástica: Excelent , doug was great he give me the class and was great im coming from mexico to orlando on a family vacation and the box is great good job guys

Experiencia fantástica: It can be intimidating to drop in to a new gym, but the group was very welcoming. Sam was great at coaching everyone in the workout from novice to the more experienced. Will definitely return when I'm in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly for walk-ins and very accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: Great box!! My husband and I dropped in on a Saturday morning class and had a great time. Sam was our coach, made us feel right at home, and had such a fun attitude the whole time. Great experience overall

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place I have only been there two days and it already feels like home. Great place with nice people, so far coaches have been really helpful and nice. 500% recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Love dropping in at this establishment, great people and great coaching! The workouts were great and the people made you feel welcome!

Experiencia fantástica: Great workout, the team is amazing and very helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Orlando on business and dropped in for a 6 am session. Being a novice with CrossFit, the instructor was very patient and provided great feedback on my form, altered workouts based on my skill level and weight capabilities. I will come back next time I'm in Orlando!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a Saturday morning workout. Coach Sam was awesome and communicated the workout and modifications clearly. The owner, Ryan was very responsive to inquiries before class also. Thanks for a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great week visiting Mousetrap crossfit. The coaches and members are really welcoming, the gym well equipped, with great staff! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Orlando :)

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing coaches who genuinely care and are gracious hosts to visitors. Anyone coming to Disney or Orlando regardless of their level should visit this place! Randy, Doug, and Sam made our out of town group of CrossFitters feel welcome (and sore) Highly recommend. I'll be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I just joined mousetrap and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The coaches, the people, everyone I’ve talked to have been incredible. I’ve been to a couple different gyms and mousetrap is a really good fit for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a class while staying near theme parks. Friendly coaches and athletes. Close to theme parks, free parking! Will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: I did a drop in and had an amazing workout with a very nice and helpful coach!! Would highly recommend :)

Experiencia fantástica: What a great place! Super friendly and welcoming to visitors. OPEN ON SUNDAYS for travelers like me!!! If you're relatively close and would like to WOD, this is the place to go. I even got a window decal for my car! I am definitely going back next time we are near by.

Experiencia fantástica: Great coaches and atmosphere. Everyone was very welcoming. Enjoyed the workout also

Experiencia positiva: Good

Experiencia fantástica: In town for a conference and was looking for a box.. found Mousetrap Crossfit.. great box! Good wods and coach Sam was great! Thanks for hospitality! Will definitely come back next time I am in town..

Experiencia fantástica: We found our gym away from gym! We visit Orlando a lot & are so happy to have found this spot - very friendly & accommodating!

Experiencia fantástica: SUPERB! Great way to work out - among friends, athletes & just us regular neighbors! Never overly-pressured to bench 450lbs but healthy, instructional "functional compound" conditioning where whole muscle groups are used in workouts, under the guidance of on-site coaches! Saw results in just 6 wks after I joined - wasn't afraid to continue to look good and feel fantastic for years to come! Hands down, would recommend this to anyone! UPDATE: still going to the same place and loving it! 4/19/2019

Experiencia fantástica: I attended this gym for two weeks while visiting the area. It was a treat and I miss it often. The coaches were clearly experienced in CrossFit and the making of jokes. The equipment and outdoor workout options were excellent as well. Really a good crew and an easy choice for my next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Great box! Highly recommend if you are in the Orlando area. Coach Randy spent equal time with members and drop ins. Coach was very engaging during warm up, WOD and accessory work. Treated me and my son like part of the family.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for a couple of years now.... The staff is super friendly, the other members are very encouraging and the entire box is welcoming to drop-ins from around the globe. As someone who has dropped into different boxes during my travels, I appreciate this very much. Whether you are in Orlando for the week, or living here and want to try CrossFit for the first time, I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve done three separate weekly drop-ins over the course of 1.5 years now. I highly recommend this gym. Whenever I travel I try to visit a local crossfit gym and this is one of the most welcoming ones I’ve ever been in for people who are from out of town. The coaches and the members are all very friendly. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and are willing and able to help you improve your form on any of the movements. Even if you want to do your own programming they’re okay with that too. I can’t speak highly enough about this gym. Definitely drop by if you’re in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in early September while on a trip to Disney World. This was my first drop in experience, so I was nervous going into it. My experience at MouseTrap was amazing. Everyone was so nice, and accepting of a drop in. I felt right at home, as if I were in my own box. The coach was knowledgeable, and open to modifications (recovering from a muscle strain). I would definitely recommend MouseTrap to anyone I know traveling to the area!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for an Open WOD and was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed like family. CrossFit is all about community, and this box nails that even for ‘strangers’! No stranger danger here Thanks for a great travel box experience. I’ll definitely be back should travels again take me to Orlando.

Experiencia fantástica: So I was on vacation to Orlando and lifting is priority. This place is so absolutely accommodating. I’m an Olympic Weightlifter so they gave me my own room with my own speaker just to lift. Sadly the unexpected happened and while mobilizing in bw lifts one of my bone spurs detached itself and is now floating in my knee cap so I dropped to the floor screaming. They made it their best to get me to relax and they helped me in every way. So grateful but so sad. I wish I could have finished out my week there because it was a really incredible BOX.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve dropped in a few times when I’ve been in the Disney area for work or family activities, and it’s a great facility. Super friendly members and knowledgeable coaches, and the programming is always solid. And, you can’t beat the location if you are in the Lake Buena Vista/Disney area.

Experiencia fantástica: Great time working out with these crazies! . Seriously, great group of people and Sam is an awesome coach. All ability levels are welcome and it's nice to workout while traveling. I will definitely come back!

Experiencia fantástica: I have dropped in to MouseTrap at minimum 10x times since last year (avid Disney vacationer, 2x a year). Second favorite box to my own, so much so that its a part of my vacation planning just as much as the Fast Passes and dining (I legit schedule rides after I can make it to the 9am WOD)! I struggled with a few moves at my own gym and I'm not sure if its the fantastic coaching or the weather, but I finally got kipping PUs down there last year and my DUBs were on point in Rannie! I also bring my 7 year son with (we Lyft from our resort, average one-way around $9-$11) and he either sits up front or in the super air-conditioned back room on his iPAD until I am done. This is by far the best drop-in box! Super friendly atmosphere, tough WODs, crazy fit people walking around to motivate you and if you need a cold one after - there is a bar like 10 feet away from the front door, ha!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in a couple of times while in town for work. Great location, coaches and the members were very welcoming! Next time we're in Orlando, I will be dropping in again!

Experiencia fantástica: I have visited Crossfit MouseTrap several times as a guest, and each time I had a very good experience. The coaches are very friendly and welcoming, and they live the Crossfit spirit. Thank you for having me!
