Fantastic experience: Best gym in Sonoma! I’ve done crossfit for years and this community is the best. They have “crosshit” classes daily as well, so lots of options for everyone and very welcoming to new people! Check out the schedule, easy to drop in if you don’t live in town. Highly recommend, I love being a member at EA’s.

Fantastic experience: My favorite place to workout. I went from having zero experience in any gym or fitness and EA and his staffed coached me. They offer help in fitness but also nutrition, its a great environment. Has a go at your pace vibe. Workouts are intense and there's lots of encouragement all around.
