Fantastic experience: Danny at 7kfit changed my life! I am in the best shape I have ever been in, I know proper form and movements to help with every day activities. This gym is so motivating and inspiring. It's like we are a giant family there???? they push you to always be better. I actually became a trainer myself. Fantastic experience: What an amazing Gym with an amazing atmosphere and trainer. Danny is able to work on posture, technique and fitness strategies for you and your family. The equipment is top notch!!! So lucky to have this gym in our community!
