Fantastic experience: Great gym for newbies and experienced lifters alike! I’ve been for both classes and open gym. The coaches and trainers are great and very encouraging. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great local gym with friendly, welcoming staff. I was traveling for work this past May and was able to get my workouts in thanks to this gym. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area

Fantastic experience: This is a great addition to the area. You are getting a real 2-4-1 here as the space is set up part for strength and part boxing. They’ve started to add new classes in as well as open gym! And a major plus it’s dog & LGBTQ friendly. Welcome to Williamsburg- looking forward to getting strong!
