He LISTENS to my needs & looks for non-verbals that help him determine my level of tolerance in exercise or knows when to push me a bit more. Since he's been my trainer, my daily headaches significantly reduced. I also felt better about myself. With his help, I became motivated to ride my bike (ok only twice) but it felt great!
