Fantastic experience: Hi. I’m Raina! method has been a place where I have found my health to come back again after months of chemo treatments and surgeries. Method is a place where you feel like family. I have had the best time working out! It’s fun and I see results. It’s also a place I can go to no matter my health circumstances. On days I feel strong. They have options. On days where I am weak due to injury or surgeries. Or a chemo treatment they have options. I feel cared for.

Pilates , Barre, circuit, HIT, and sculpt and flow there is something for everyone no excuses !! Michelle, Erin, Stephanie , and Katie are awesome in Pilates as well !!
