Fantastic experience: Great coaches and environment to learn from.

Fantastic experience: Great weightlifting facility supported by an awesome team of coaches. Alex Yang was able to help accommodate a last minute visit during a work trip to Minneapolis. The facility is enormous and new, with a lot of wide open space and plenty of lifting platforms. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to offer advice and guidance. If I lived in the Minneapolis area (or visited more frequently), I would highly consider becoming a member.
