Fantastic experience: We had such a blast with Liz. We did a class for a friends Birthday and had so much fun! Liz was very accommodating with the day and time and very responsive. She was fun and enthusiastic during the class and made for a great experience. Would definitely do it again and recomend!! Thank you ????

Fantastic experience: So much fun I brought my granddaughter with me and we both did the bungee aerobics for the first time. The instructor was great, I felt the safety was excellent, and the Studio was clean. I can’t wait to do it again and I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow! I wish I had photos but I was too busy having fun.

Fantastic experience: This is so much fun. The instructor is great for people like me that consider themselves uncoordinated. I never had so much fun exercising. Can’t wait for my next class!!!! I just wanted to add more. I was able to do a birthday bungee class. I reserved the whole class and invited 9 friends. We had such a blast!! The owner let me come early and set up a small table and chairs so we could have a little juice and pastries after class. She was so great with her instructions and attended to the needs of my friends. We all had so much fun that I think I might plan a Christmas bungee party. You need to at least try this once!!!!

Fantastic experience: MY FAVORITE WORKOUT! I love this place. I buy the unlimited monthly classes and come multiple times a week. If you want to try something new, unique and fun and are looking to get into shape i highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this work out class through a friend. I lived in Melbourne but move to Texas prior to pandemic. My friend sent me the link to sign up for $22 and it seemed reasonable and a fun way to work out. Being a bariatric patient going on 13 years and a success keeping it off I thought this was a great class to bring a friend who lives locally who is 2 years out from VSG bariatric surgery. Liz the owner was a great coach. Motivating music, patient with me as I am way uncoordinated. Before and after class we took time to sanitize the equipment and the distance between classmates was enough that a mask was not necessary during work out. I will be in town January and hope to take another class. This form of exercise was easy on my joints, worked up a sweat and well worth the money.
