Fantastic experience: It's a real bodybuilding gym, rough rugged and raw. The people that are there are there to train. No bs like you find in many commercial gyms. Owners and staff are all very nice people. Whenever I walk in I Feel like it's a home away from home. All the pics of bodybuilders and athletes on their walls are inspiring to be around and you can feel the legacy of them flowing through you as you train. Plus one of their trainers competed with schwarzenegger in his prime. Very few people around here let alone the world can say that.

Fantastic experience: This is a real old school gym. Nobody’s outfits have to match. Nobody’s on the phone. They come here to lift steel. Not sand or plastic weights but real steel. I call it “The Steel Mill” nobody’s judging because these people know how hard it is. Realest gym in the ROC. You looking for tips or advice here’s where the knowledge is. I’ll never leave this place.
