Tavares works hard for you to ensure you get the results you want. The work ethic and discipline has challenged him and made him better over the last 12 months. Fantastic experience: I consider myself to be someone who's in pretty good shape. Let me tell you, T led the boot camp class at the Body Shop Gymnasium and he really pushed me! I also like how he gave everyone specialized attention and modifications. There is a real sense of community here and everyone - from the coaches to the participants- makes you feel so welcome. The gym is really clean, great equipment, and very spacious. I highly recommend! No matter your fitness level, this gym was made for everyone.
