Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I began attending this excellent gym to get fit and we love it. The instructors are first-rate; they are very understanding, supportive, and never belittle anyone.

Fantastic experience: This incredible team of trainers/coaches is incredibly knowledgeable and always make sure you are using the right techniques and form during your workouts. They also prioritize your safety and well-being. The only downside is the parking, which is limited and mostly in the back. As an added bonus, they offer boxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of the membership.

Fantastic experience: Classes in the morning are offered between 5-6am and 6-7am, which is great for those who have to work. The staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions. Parking can be a bit of an issue, but they do offer a student discount which cuts the cost in half.
