Fantastic experience: I am new to crossfit fitness since coming from a gym with repetitive bootcamp style classes. Joining Steel Vault CrossFit was the best decision I could have made to enhance my current fitness level and learn many new things! Since day one, the coaching staff has been amazing and have welcomed me into the cross fit community. The classes have been challenging but fully rewarding, I walk away after each session with a sense of accomplishment. The coaches always ensure that I am performing the workout safely and will modify as needed (since I am new to Crossfit) while learning proper form. I now have attainable goals and am easily able to track fitness gains. Steel Vault is not only a top notch Crossfit gym, but has great community spirit! Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I met with Jillian about my nutrition to address my IBS. She was understanding and thorough, coming up with a plan to address the causes, and treat the issue not mask the symptoms. Since I have implemented some of her recommendations, I have noticed a drastic improvement in my overhaul digestion and energy levels. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your overall health, meet with her and reap the benefits.
