CrossFit Reincarnation

Fantastic experience: A couple of weeks ago, I saw an invitation on FB to come try the gym, CrossFit Reincarnation. I responded, “I am 61 yrs old, does that make a difference”? Cori responded, “Fitness has no age limit”, so I jumped aboard. I am about 3 wks into my journey and I love it. Coaches and fellow class members are encouraging. I am challenging myself physically and mentally. Get off the couch and check the gym out. We all have to start somewhere.

Fantastic experience: 4 years into it,and i can't say nothing more but 100% positive reviews,mentally,physically healthier every day since the first day i walk in,coaches always professional and welcoming,the environment always very supportive in every workout.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. I’ve gotten so much stronger since I’ve started coming. The coaches give great instruction and guidance, and they push us to push ourselves but to do it safely.
