Fantastic experience: I love this place. The coaches really work with you. They make you feel like family. If you ask dumb questions they pretend its not a dumb question and explain???? The best part is you only do what you can handle. Oh and you can bring your kids!

Fantastic experience: Lions Head CF is a great box for anyone looking to begin a new fitness journey or continue am existing one. The coaches are encouraging and everyone is welcomiing. I love dropping in whenever I'm in town visiting family to get my workout on here!

Fantastic experience: I went to try a workout and felt VERY WELCOME. Coaches are soooooo nice, helpful & encouraging as well as the athletes. I like it so much.....I am going for another workout! Hoping to join! Very nice facility and I never felt like an outsider!!!! Love that!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: It’s a great workout environment. I love the people there. I feel so comfortable working out. The couches help you and encourage you to become the best version of yourself not just physically but mentally too.I highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for several class options, great programming, and competitive pricing this is the box. Coaching staff is excellent and facility has shower and child’s room as well! And to top it all off there’s a massage therapist suite if you’re needing muscle recovery or just some relaxation. I highly recommend this CrossFit box!
