Fantastic experience: Utah's go to gym if you want results that last. This husband wife team direct a first class facility for folks that are serious about losing weight and getting in shape with a sustainable program. Two thumbs up!
Fantastic experience: Did the 12 weeks and loved it so much I signed up again. Lost a bunch of weight, got the the point that I was getting regular comments from family and coworkers. My friend saw me Sunday and signed up on Monday. People there are great and made me feel comfortable and Thomas is a great instructor.
Fantastic experience: 2-4-6-8, who do I appreciate? Bootcamp with Jess! I changed my fate, while shedding weight, am feeling great - Should I elaborate? I just returned from a 3-week vacation at my daughters in Midvale, Utah, who works out at Boot Camp with Jess every day they are open. I accompanied her each day I was there. I trimmed my tummy and defined my shoulders and my arms, while Jess & Jeanette worked out their charms! I came back lighter than I arrived. So, if you are frustrated from carrying extra weight, please don't wait - grab your mate and make it a date!
Fantastic experience: I love this place and the work out! I am getting in better shape in my fifties than I have ever been in my life. The instructors (Jess and Jeanette Thomas) are fun and motivating! I like the military theme, small sized classes, and that it is a different work out every day! You will never return to a regular gym. Enlist - you will love it too!

Working out with you has become a healthy habit reducing my stress during many challenges, including Breast Cancer. Great personal training and meal plan adapted to meet and expand your abilities and get you in healthy shape. Lost 20 pounds and more than 8 inches in 8 weeks and still improving.
