F45 Training Fort Union

Fantastic experience: I was looking for an F45 studio in Utah and stumbled across Fort Unión. I reached out in advance vía email and from the moment I sent that email to the moment of meeting in person, I must say everyone were so pleasant and welcoming. The location is spacious and very clean, they offer shower services, and the restrooms are stocked with all the essentials. I attended the 8:30am class which was one of the smaller classes, which I personally prefer. It’s great having the option to join a bigger or smaller class. The trainers were very attentive, energetic, and very motivating. I would recommend F45 Fort Unión to anyone looking for a thrilling workout.

Fantastic experience: F45 is by far the most fun I have ever had working out. Sam is an awesome trainer, very positive, motivating and encouraging! The facility is clean and equipment is well taken care of. I love the variations of the workouts, and the aspect of having weight and cardio days. Even though it is challenging at times, it is also very addicting, the different workouts make me want to come back. This gym is for everyone, no matter what your fitness level. You must try it out! Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been told that I am the first member of f45 in Utah. I have been to at least 20 different locations due to my travels. This gym is by far the largest and cleanest I have been to in, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, California, and Hawaii. I like to lift heavy and the staff regularly has weights set out special for me. The staff corrects my form and is very friendly and makes me feel like part of the community every day. Before I started f45 I had insomnia and back pain. After a couple of months of working out I could sleep and my back pain was gone. As a bonus I put on 20 lbs of muscle. If I could control my eating better, I would finally look the way I want to look. My core is solid and the best it has ever been. Highly recommend this location of f45. I have worked out at every f45 within 10 miles of this location. Fort Union is the best one by far.

Fantastic experience: This gym is wonderful! I am a member of the Capitol Hill F45 gym in Seattle, WA and have been visiting Salt Lake City over the past few days. I’ve been enjoying my visit, but have been stuffing my face and wanted to get a workout. I reached out to this gym through email to see if they would let me workout with them for a few days. I got a very prompt response from Katie (which I think shows a sign of excellent communication) and she set up everything for me including reaching out to the trainers to let them know I was coming. Super smooth process. I worked out at this gym two days in a row and all the trainers were super welcoming and motivated me during the class. I enjoyed the energy and vibe and they played awesome music. I would recommend this gym to anyone and I can safely say that if I lived here, this would be my home gym.
