Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a few short weeks ago and I already feel like part of the family. Everyone's energy is so infectious and motivating. I've never done crossfit before so I was hesitant to join because a lot of the moves seemed intimidating. All the coaches are there to help guide and teach you and you can adapt any movements to accommodate what you're able to currently do. All the workouts are different so it keeps things interesting and not monotonous. Being surrounded by others who have strengths in different areas helps push you to get better and set goals to compete against yourself! If you've been debating joining, just check it out and give a try!

Fantastic experience: We were in town for the havasu triathlon and my bachelor party, two of us were also doing the open and found havasu crossfit. they were extremely welcoming and great with helping us get set for 14.4. large gym with everythkng you need to get your workout. in thanks again HXF.
