The combination of Jenna’s knowledge and expertise makes for an intense workout that leaves you feeling stronger by the end of the class. Great music and the perfect flow - will for sure be making reDefined part of my weekly routine.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this studio and Jenna’s teaching method enough if I tried. Clean, beautiful space with two really sleek and effective Xformer machines. Jenna is experienced and it shows. If you’re looking to improve your strength and get visibly toned, reDefined is the way to go! It’s challenging but the quick results are very rewarding.
