Fantastic experience: For years i have wanted a local gym like this. Top notch STRENGTH equipment. Competition powerlifting benches, kilo plates and competition bars. Plenty of squat racks, and deadlift platforms. Great dumbell assortment and all the right accessory equipment. Competitive rates, and very affordable/quality coaching. And the atmosphere is one of a kind, everyone supports everyone, and being around like minded individuals has a massive efdect on training. Any strongman, powerlifter or general strength lifter in the area needs to be at this gym.
