Physical Impact is a beloved community gym located in Longview, WA, dedicated to health and wellness for over four decades. Explore our four distinct workout levels designed for specific training needs. Start on the main floor with our cardio equipment and weight machines, or head down to the basement, affectionately known as the "Dungeon," for serious powerlifting. The second floor features Olympic weights and free weights for strength training, while the third floor is home to our mobility area, punching bags, sandbags, and the studio where our group classes take place.
At Physical Impact, we believe in personalized guidance. Our gym hosts a variety of independent personal trainers and certified class instructors ready to help you maximize your potential. We offer a range of included classes such as Step, Boot Camp, and Yoga, with options like Senior Fit also available. After your workout, recharge at our on-site shake and snack bar, offering protein shakes and healthy snacks to replenish your energy.
We offer flexible membership options, including plans for seniors, students, and families, with no initiation or maintenance fees. Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment and some equipment is currently being replaced, good ownership, locker rooms with showers, friendly staff, and shakes as well as different proteins and fruit are avaliable to be bought.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. The owner Josh is awesome he treats everyone with respect. All his staff treat everyone kindly and just are happy were there getting back to a healthier us day by day. They are like cheering us on every step of the way. Love this place. The atmosphere is awesome. You don't get gawked at. You are just at ease during your workout. Your free to do your own thing. And people who go there are supportive and answer questions. And help you with machines it is just a great place to go to get back in shape. You must try it for yourself. There is nothing to lose. Fair prices a week trial. With no strings.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym I used to live here in Longview and now I live out of town, whenever I come back home i make sure to come train here. This is the best gym I have ever been in. The staff is amazing, the products they sell and the equipment they have available is outstanding. I would recommend this gym to everybody!!
