Coronado Cross Training

Fantastic experience: I found Coronado Cross training (Jeff) while recovering from a massive rotator cuff tear; I was in rehab for about seven months. I knew I was not 100% after rehab concluded, and I needed more post-rehab. I worked with Jeff virtually because we are in different states, but we were in contact by phone, email and a chat room. It was perfect for me because it was very difficult to attend two or three rehab sessions a week after I went back to work. Jeff designed a very specific program to help me get my strength back, and then to surpass where I was previously not only for my shoulder, but for overall conditioning. As a virtual personal trainer, he is highly effective, and he was available anytime I had questions or concerns. This works very well for me, and I would highly recommend Jeff because he will customize workouts, provide nutritional information, he is easy to work with, and he is great support.
