Fantastic experience: Went as a guest and the person at the front desk was very helpful. Always weird walking into a gym that not yours, but they had everything I needed to complete my workout as normal. Clean and equipment kept updated. If I move to KC this will for sure be the gym I go with

Fantastic experience: Was in KC from out of town and came here because of the good reviews. Didn’t disappoint. Great facility and very friendly staff. Person at the front desk took great care of me. Nearly anything you would want for cardio or weight equipment. Only draw back is if your not a member, you can only enter the facility during staffed hours, but if you a member it’s 24 hour access. An understandable policy. If I’m ever in KC again this will absolutely be the place I go!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Kansas City!! Never super crowded, Sauna/Showers, bathrooms and fountains on each floor, 24-Hour access, leg machines galore, awesome staff!! Large windows let a ton of light into the gym which is a plus, especially in the winter.

I’ve recently got in the best shape I’ve ever been In and I owe part of that to The Foundation because it’s a place I have to go to daily just to be in that atmosphere it offers. Can’t beat 24/7 access either. The managers Matt and Ricky are awesome as well I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This place is INSANE! Coming from The Foundation in Manhattan KS, I wasn't really sure what to expect of the Westport location. Needless to say I was very impressed! All the equipment is super nice and the atmosphere is perfect for getting a really good pump going. Definitely one of the top gyms in KC!

Fantastic experience: The Foundation is a special type of gym. It’s a place where the owners and employees know your name, learn about your goals/interests, and give you the tools and encouragement to reach them. It reminds me of choosing between a public college vs. a private college. The Foundation is like a private college in the sense that you, your needs, and your goals won’t get lost in the weeds. I live two minutes away from a large corporate gym and willingly drive 45 minutes to The Foundation because of the feeling I get when I’m here. Not only do they have state of the art equipment, 24 hour member access, and a mascot, but there is something about the care they show for their members that truly sets them apart from any other gym I have gone to. Whatever your goals are (bodybuilding, power lifting, or loosing a few lbs) this is the gym to go to. 10/10, 5 stars, whatever else.

Fantastic experience: This place is a fantastic spot for any workout type. The three floors of equipment layout is unique and lets me try new things when my workouts get stale. It has a very family environment with all the people that work there and workout there. Being from outside of Kansas City this is probably one of the best gyms I have been apart of.

Fantastic experience: This by far is the best gym, not only in KC, that I have ever been to. The whole facility is unique with the 3 separate floors to get your own type of workout in and the equipment is looks and feels great! This is definitely the spot to do legs especially! If you suffer from "chicken leg syndrome" this is the place for you. Not to mention the staff is full of great people who love to see people bettering themselves and having a great time. When you come here you feel like you're home and you belong.. also, I can't forget to mention they have the two best bull dogs on the planet earth with Gus and Moo! If you're not a member here yet, you must have chicken legs or hate puppies ‍♂️.

Fantastic experience: Awesome completely renovated 3-level gym right in the heart of Midtown/Westport. All brand new equipment, also the best equipment selection in town, where you’ll find pieces you’ll be hard-pressed to see anywhere else in the metro. Love the culture/clientele there, full of motivated people who are friendly, and helpful. The management, employees, and ownership are all great people and I can’t say enough about how they’ve all made me feel welcome, and at home here!

Fantastic experience: I attended an Bootcamp event here that was hosted by Supplement Superstores yesterday and thought this gym was awesome! All of the equipment was so nice, the facility is super clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I inquired about a membership and was pleasantly surprised by their transparency and reasonable rates both for monthly membership and drop ins. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: By far the BEST gym in KC for any of your fitness goals! Ive been to many gyms all over the US and this one is top tier. Not only does it has a vass array of different equipment to use for whatever your goals are. The gym is open 24/7 to members. So I literally can stop in anytime and get a lift. I personally love the lower level of the gym which I call "the Pitt" cuz it reminds me of the good old school underground gyms where I can sling some iron the way I love too!
