Fantastic experience: I was on vacation in the area and found this great little box online and am VERY happy I did. The facilities are small, and the equipment is basic, but it’s more than enough to build a solid program around. The area they excel the most in is one of the most important and one of the most difficult. The coaches. Karen and Andy were amazing at making people feel welcomed to the community. The other members of the gym were also super friendly and really helped create an atmosphere that made me really look forward to my next trip to the area. I am very happy I stumbled on this gem and would absolutely recommend it to anyone living in or traveling through town.

Fantastic experience: As my dedicated "third place" after home and work - this place is my favorite. Great community, awesome coaches and workouts for everyone. You gain fitness and friends here (and catch some good sunrises too)

Fantastic experience: I was in town and decided to drop into the gym while I was on vacation and I can honestly say that I am so happy I did. The staff was so welcoming and really made me feel at home. The community was also incredible, not only with each other but with me. I never once felt out of the loop. Additionally, the workouts were well programmed and the instruction was great. Phil did a fantastic job of motivating everyone throughout the workout. I highly highly recommend coming here or their Evergreen location whether you are in the area on vacation or looking for a permanent home.
