F45 Training Center City, Philadelphia

Fantastic experience: I’m a member at F45 in NY, and I stopped by for a drop in class today and found the coaches to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities and equipment are spacious and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Philadelphia!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at F45 for 6 months now. The 45 minute workouts are fast, fun and challenging. The trainers are wonderful and it feels like a family. As an older member I modify the exercises to meet my needs. I have continued to get stronger with each week that goes by. I love that every workout is different . At other gyms I would get bored but there is no boredom at F45! Highly recommend

As a full time student, I love that I can go to the classes and progress through workouts without much thought. Fantastic experience: After many months of my friends raving about F45 I finally took the plunge and took advantage of a promotion to try the classes out for a week. Before the week was over I knew I was going to continue and become a member. Although the workouts seemed intimidating from first glance and friends Instagram posts, the trainers at F45 Center City are ready to meet me where I was at and helped with any modifications I needed while giving the encouragement to push through. The trainers get to know you quickly and are very friendly! The workouts are perfect for a busy schedule and move by quickly. I’m already seeing results. The facility itself is easily accessible from Center City with street parking and bike parking available and it’s very clean. I recommend giving it a go!
