Positive experience: Great gym, owners are committed to investing in the gym and members. A lot of new upgrades since the previous owner give a refreshed look and new feel. update: it took me a few months to update this review after leaving this gym. I found the culture of the gym changed a fair amount following the current owners acquisition. While they invested substantially in new equipment, facilities, and programming, I left due to the change in membership more than anything else. I found I was continually frustrated with many of the members poor gym etiquette. Likewise it was frustrating to see a large class of mostly beginner level athletes with only one coach present who could not dedicate the time that i think is necessary to supervise and coach the beginner level members to ensure their safety, success, and growth. This gym still has many great people and a strong community and is a great place.

Fantastic experience: I walked in, everyone is so friendly and unified in the mission: to enjoy the workout. The trainers all introduced themselves and kept their eye on me since I was new, I really appreciated that because I did feel like a fish out of water. 20 minutes in, I threw up and laid on the floor, so exhausted. Even when I was on the floor, people were still encouraging me. Don't let this discourage you. I've heard a lot of people with the same experience the first time. The coach (shout out to Patrick) and another trainer told me I need to come back, my body wasn't used to this and never will if I give up. They were soooo right. I went back again and again and the people have been so nice, both trainers and members!!! It's an encouragement when others see your potential in you. It gives a motivation to progress and that's what the people did there for me. They were honest, true, encouraging, and I am so thankful that they are taking care me of. They knew something I didn't - bodies adapt, fast, and you can do it. Pace yourself, listen to your body, enjoy the workout and grow. Shout out to Lulu for the time she's invest and the guidance she's given to each of the workouts. She cares about the quality of the workout before the number of reps. She is aware of what each person needs in the workouts - she is very skilled and enjoy her leadership. Shout out to Deb and Jen for being great trainers and examples during the workouts. Great staff - thanks to all ????

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym I’ve been to. Lacey and Patrick have done a great job creating a welcoming environment for all people at all skill levels. The members are super encouraging and the coaches are wonderful! 10/10 would recommend :)

Fantastic experience: One if the best places I have every come to workout. Clean bathroom/showers, clean space, and all the equipment is well organized. The coaches are all amazing and willing to help you scale to an appropriate level so that you still get an amazing workout. The atmosphere there is also amazing. All the other members are super friendly and willing to help you with anything you might need. I have grown so much physically after going for months now and feel amazing. The most amazing place to start your journey if you are nervous or have been away from the gym for a long time. Enspiren is an amazing inclusive space for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Lacey and Patrick are super nice, the gym is always clean, the bathrooms are to die for and the programming is top notch. After my gym closed due to the lockdown, I can really say I found a new home at Enspiren.
