Fantastic experience: For 3 yrs since I moved to the Valley, I have been doing lazy workouts and dreading going to the gym on my own. When I saw DOG’s Athletic Performance, they offered a 1-week trial. On my first day, i underperformed but I knew I was going to come back so I paid in full right away. Now, I look forward to working out everyday. Both coaches and other veterans greet me daily by name. I don't feel like I’m just another member, they make me feel like a part of family.

Fantastic experience: The coaches here are all friendly and motivating. They are CONTINUOUSLY watching all the classes and making sure everyone does the workouts correctly and making sure you work your hardest. 11/10 would recommend purely from the great coaches!

Fantastic experience: Love this Gym, not only are the workouts amazing but the atmosphere is positive and empowering. The coaches are the best and are so helpful. You genuinely feel welcomed and never judged ❤️ Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too. Been a member since 2016
