Fantastic experience: This is the spot for your american ninja warrior training. This is your climbing gym. Probably the least populated gym on base so you can just enjoy life use the equipment you want. People tend to be intimidated by the climbing equipment so if you want grip strength or upper body endurance this is the spot.

Fantastic experience: Love working out here in the morning. Its got a great cardio room and is great to push weights and do some crossfit.

Fantastic experience: Very good physical therapy classes. Staff is keeping the place very clean. Awesome gym, good equipment, everything seems well cared for.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym on post. It is mainly CrossFit, but has recently gotten a lot of new equipment. There are tons of options for your workout and they have a room in back you can reserve for PT that is awesome. But be sure to disinfect your equipment prior to use and bring your own bands.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym of all gyms in FT Hood. I have tried all of them...trust me! Everything you need and a running track outside to compliment your workout.
