Fantastic experience: It doesn’t need to be January 1st to make this a new you resolution! The door is always open and the coaches are ready and willing to make you part of the CFHPP family. They are extremely knowledgeable in the biomechanics of every movement being performed and can scale any activity to accommodate and personalize the student’s current abilities even within a group setting. Joining CFHPP is the best financial, emotional, and physical decision I have made.

Fantastic experience: I started Crossfit Hidden Pond Park in September 2018. I have had an awesome experience so far ! I have lost over 20 pounds and have been continuously making progress in the gym daily. The coaches have been amazing and have pushed me to reach my goals ! Crossfit has become a big part of my life and I now look forward to working out everyday. I'm so lucky to be part of The Crossfit Hidden Pond Park Family.
