Fantastic experience: This place awesome!! Being Over the road trucker and found this place for a workout, Sarah at the front desk took care of me and let me workout for free, on top of that free protein shake.. Will be back again for sure!! Highly recommend this place ????????

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym. We've been members for several months now and take advantage of the machines and classes offered. It was a little more pricey but childcare, classes and gym time are included in the membership fees. They offer a smoothie bar, tanning and sauna at additional cost as well. There are a wide variety of classes from yoga, bootcamps, cycling, pound, kettlebells, HIIT, and more. Their Facebook page has the schedules, but be sure to also join the group which is where most of the announcements go. I don't often have to wait for a machine when I come. Overall, clean facility, friendly staff and good variety.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym and has all the equipment one needs to accomplish their fitness goals. The gym is very clean and unlike other gyms all the equipment is clean and in excellent condition. The owner Sara and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking up their phone number today and saw a rating of one star I supposedly gave a year ago and assure you that was an INVALID ENTRY.
