Fantastic experience: it was a pleasant overall experience. Staff seemed nice but I had little to no interaction with them. Very Clean. I would definitely go again.

Fantastic experience: Very nice work out. Only take 35 mins n make me sweat n burning good ???? ????. Staffs and owner also very nice n friendly. They will help n encourage you to finish all stations. Very recommended to whom need some personal train, limited time a day. Very fun n make u stronger. Love it♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: I love the flexibility of this gym--no class times, so I can go when it is best for me. As a busy, working, mom I need to get in and out. I love that I can get cardio, strength, and boxing skills in, all within 30-40 minutes. The coaches and members are so supportive of one another! It's like group fitness meets personal training, and truly pushes me to the next level each and every time.

Fantastic experience: There aren’t enough positive adjectives describe HIIT Factory but three that stand out are: fun, unique, and challenging. Working out at HIIT Factory is the highlight of my day. There isn’t a better work out on the market in my opinion then the HIIT Factory work out. On top of burning a ton of calories, you get to work out with some of the nicest people in Central Ohio. I consider the trainers and members an extended part of my family. I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

Fantastic experience: There aren't enough words to describe how awesome this gym is. My name is Rebecca Reno. I have been a part of this gym for almost 2 months. The trainers are top notch. They are always positive and push you to your fullest potential. The workouts are AWESOME and I LOVE that there is always a personal trainer there to guide/motivate you through the workouts! Another great characteristic of this gym is it is a judgment free zone. The other gym members are so supportive of each other! Most of all, the HIIT Factory has played a major role in making me feel more confident in myself. I can't thank them enough for that. One of the trainers told me, "If it challenges you, it will change you!" and that has resonated with me ever since. When you come to this gym you are not just a member, you are family.
