Fantastic experience: I've been stopping in for classes with Eric every once in a while for a couple months now. Once I got into a consistent practice with his encouragement I've noticed huge leaps in my flexibility, strength and body awareness. As a rock climber this has translated extremely well. I am much more aware of my body positioning and am able to climb harder and with a lot less effort.
