Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Kocan and his office staff. I enjoy coming there and feel overly welcomed by everyone there, it makes for a comfortable visit. Dr. Kocan is the best there is truly, I've dealt with low back since I was a teenager in a bad auto accident, I am now 40 and Dr. Kocan always helps me get relief from pain. He will even be sure to get me worked in even for a short massage on the many times I had forgotten to schedule for one, however to give the front desk girls credit when scheduling they typically offer me a massage at time of scheduling. I truly cannot say enough good things about this office and Dr. Kocan. The front desk is so helpful and explained my insurance benefits to me, and even gave me a tip on carrying HMO that to see a specialist I need a referral to save me time and money. They even called my primary care doctor and got me a referral, one less thing I had to worry about while in pain. Thank you, Dr. Kocan and your amazing therapists, assistants. You're the best ????

Fantastic experience: The office is beyond amazing, Dr. Kocan goes truly above and beyond to help. He is a genuinely kind person and very humble. He's so knowledgeable and I feel absolutely amazing after this office visit. Self pay prices are the most reasonable offered in this area, especially for it to be Fort Mitchell very affordable. His staff and massage therapists are the best as well. The front desk went above and beyond to inform me of insurance and verify it and my coverage, I go on the weekends as well for self pay. I love this office and highly recommend Dr. Kocan He's just a good guy. The therapists all have great demeanor as well. Thank you Dr. Kocan and staff.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love how thorough Dr. Kocan is with my boyfriend (who was injured in a car accident) and he even had suggestions for us to try at home to speed up the recovery process. He's a very nice guy with an amazing staff (especially Sarah). He included me in the therapy sessions and made me and my guy very comfortable. I love this office and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking a chiropractor/massage therapy. I would give 10 stars of Google let me.
