I AM CrossFit Upper Keys

Fantastic experience: Super accommodating to drop-ins(which I’m sure they get a ton of). Old school crossfit feel, with solid coaching.

Fantastic experience: We did a drop-in on Saturday, November 13, 2021 while visiting the Keys from outside of Boston. I called the day before and spoke with the owner Hal, who is simply an amazing guy. Hal said that the WOD was Fight Gone Bad, which is one of my favorite and least favorite WODs all in one. They have a great owner, a great coaching staff (with Jamie visiting from Ohio), and a great crew to workout with. We highly recommend this as a fun and friendly place to drop-in if you are from out of town. And yeah, the owner is amazing and allegedly 70 years old. Check the place out.

Fantastic experience: Our go to for the 2021 open! Great friendly atmosphere. Hal is the best! A 69 year old humble beast. Dropin friendly and has all we needed.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and accommodating for a drop in. Came while on vacation, had no problem dropping in with 3 people on Fri morning. Owner/coach was super friendly, knew what he was doing, and runs a good box. All the standard equipment, high ceilings, and lots of space. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This gym has such a great environment, amazing coaches, a family-like vibe, and exciting workouts! If you find that you cant do a movement involved in the workout, no worries, the coaches will modify the workout to fit your needs! I highly recommend this gym!
