Fantastic experience: I don't personally do the CrossFit part of the Y But my friend Embi does an I have watched her get So strong. Its changed her whole outlook on excersize. She is trying to get me started.. Stay tuned...lol I Highly recommend this establishment to Anyone looking for a Family Atmosphere of strong minded and getting Strong and HEALTHY...THIS IS YOUR PLACE
