Eagle Alley Gym

Fantastic experience: This gym towers above other crossfit-style gyms that I've been part of in the past. The coaches are all proficient at demonstrating the technical details of proper lifting form, while also being surprisingly accessible and skilled at tailoring prescribed workouts to all fitness levels. I have learned and improved a lot in my past five months here. More importantly, every session is a lot of fun, and the 5am class is the best part of my morning. I highly recommend this gym to beginners and advanced athletes alike who want to join a positive, dedicated, ego-free community.
