Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! Blake and Angie are awesome and very supportive through your own personal journey. The people who regularly work-out there are also supportive. All-in-all a great place with good coaches too.

Fantastic experience: I came to work out, I stayed for the community. The encouraging and positive environment keeps me consistently coming to classes. Enjoy the camaraderie and challenge. I’ve accomplished things I never thought I’d still be able to do. The facility is also well maintained with good ventilation - which in the warmer weather is a huge plus!

Fantastic experience: joining Crossfit nega was the greatest decision i’ve ever made. Angie and Blake are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. they push you to be the best you. the best part about crossfit nega is it’s filled with loving people who love to workout as much as you. there’s so many people that love to watch you succeed and the motivation they give to you is amazing. I love to come out and watch my friends grow!

Fantastic experience: I’m a strong believer that if you want a healthier lifestyle and change, you need to put in the work: show up and get it done! However, it makes it’s 100 times easier when you have an amazing support system and when you have a community/family to cheer you on, and that’s Coach Angie and Coach Blake! They not just the owners, but they go above and beyond as coaches; they care about you…they take the time to teach and they are so kind! Seriously, I’ve been to multiple CROSSFIT gyms, and I found my home with CROSSFIT Northeast Georgia. To add, the restrooms and showers are always so clean and well kept. Attach is a progress picture of 1 year apart, but everyone’s journey is different, what I do know is that with amazing coaches like Coach Rich and Coach Hunter makes it all more exciting!
