Fantastic experience: Great place to go if you want to focus on cardio, strength and weight training. Black House is good at focusing on the full body workout experience. Coaches are helpful and will always take their time to give advice if you seek it. During the last 10 years I have been going to the gym often by myself and that has demotivated me. After joining Black House I got the joy back in working out. I enjoy coming here to learn something new every time. My fitness progress has improved significantly since I joined!
Fantastic experience: Definitely next level fitness. I have been going to black house since it opened. Couldn't say enough good things about the gym. The workouts are fun and challenging. The coaches are caring, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend for all levels of fitness.
Fantastic experience: I walked into Black House a year ago for the free trial week, with no strength/CrossFit experience, and have never looked back. I was welcomed by educated and motivational coaches who helped build my initial strength, and continue to provide support and modifications whenever needed. In addition to the amazing workout programming, this place provides a community - it attracts like minded individuals who want to better their bodies and minds. I would recommend Black House to anyone looking for a positive addition to their lives. TRUST THE PROCESS!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at Black House for a little over a year now and used to work out in a different crossfit gym where I felt my progress plateaued and I ended up shopping around for a new gym to call my home. My very first day at Black House, Jason told me to try the gym for a week and see if I liked his programming and if this was what I was looking for. No pressures to join, he wasn’t pushing me to sign up. He just wanted me to genuinely try it out... Not even a week later, I felt at home. The programming was exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s a healthy balance between strength and conditioning. In only three months, my squat numbers, overhead strength and weightlifting numbers were exponentially higher. It’s not magic though... their programming is there and they don’t hide it, it’s in their IG. It’s the coaching, the coaches are very knowledgeable and ready to give you any scaling options whenever you have some difficulties for the day. Black House coaching is what separates them from the rest, they’ll give you all the tools you need to reach your goals as long as you hold yourself accountable on how hard you are also willing to work towards it. Finally, the community they’ve built created a second home for a lot of us to run to from everything else for an hour to focus on ourselves.
Fantastic experience: Joining Black House has been a great decision. As a 45-year-old dad with an athletic past, I needed a wake up call for my body and mind. Training at Black House has re-energized me. The coaches are great and I enjoy the focus on high intensity weightlifting and conditioning. If you are willing to Trust the Process and tackle challenging workouts, Black House is great fit.
