Fantastic experience: Considering I came from another local gym. If your looking for a gym with amazing coaches whom are all level one certified to teach CrossFit definitely have to try Grande City, the workouts are scaled to your ability and are structured and organized. The gym is clean and members are awesome! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: By far best facility in town and centrally located, trainers are enthusiastic and will train you at any level that you are at to get you where you want to be!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym has helped me in so many way, physically & mental health. This gym & the people here are my therapy! I don’t see how this gym has 1 stars when the owners and everyone is so kind & always willing to help everyone. Make sure to contact them for a free class to check out this healing gym.
